Even though we live close to Savage Mill, we rarely make the time for a visit. Your recent issue of Trips and Getaways motivated us to make a trip there. Our daughter enjoyed the Christmas displays and the game store, and I especially enjoyed the paper crafting store. After poking around in the shops, we happily ate a French pastry from Bonaparte breads. Savage Mill is a calm getaway in midst of the hectic Baltimore- Washington area. Thanks for reminding us!
